- 2 lbs. granulated sugar
- 1 lb. brown sugar
- 1 lb. glucose
- 14 oz. water
(B)
- 1/2 lb. butter
(C)
- 1 level teaspoon salt
Cook to 300° F., turn down to low flame – and add (B) work butter in by stirring. When butter is dissolved take off fire and add (C)
