1 # 15 Oz. Hi Ratio Shortening

10 Oz. Red Gem Cocoa

1 Oz. Salt

1 Oz. Cinnamon

Vanilla

   Then Add:

1 1/4 Qts. Sweet Milk

6 Whole Eggs

1 1/4 Oz Dble Acting Baking Powder  {1 oz}

5 # 12 Oz. Cake Flour

Drop out with No. 1 Die
